just rang sherwoods vauxhall for new badges for my car

the front v bit is 45 plus vat
boot badge griffin 22 plus vat
vauxhall chrome script 24 plus vat
calibra v6 chrome n.l.a

can get calibra16v or calibraturbo though.....

hmn dont fancy any of those prices.was looking to make the outside top notch but now im not sure lol.


also priced new inline brake valves for rear 67 plus vat.....dear do these old cars

might get the odd one on ebay but never saw a new v grill on there,the new corsa grill ones are over a 100 quid....eek

just change your bumper for an early one and debadge the rest

could do vinny but id like this as standard looking as poss within reason.ive got an early car im doing up too but its a million small jobs that takes time.

why not just do some modifying with the calibra 16v badge?

i was gonna do it with mine, so i tried it, i put some glue on the back of the letters, dropped the 6 in a pile of dust and gave up and debadged the boot

good idea jamesy...ive got the original badges allready but obviously a bit tarnished...mainly the v grill part ,but its chrome plastic lol.


i tell you what...its hard to get parts for these and when you can there pricey,too pricey.the amount of calibras on the road will drop drastically in the next few yrs...hopefully values go up too

Theres loads of various Vauxhall badges on there although I just been looking and they don't do the Calibra V6 badge either.

At-least you can get them, i cant any at all, Holden only have 1 left in stock and its the bonnet badge not the V section.

sad thing is i need the V section and the rear badge which are different sizes to the other calibras... i wish the ones off the one i am wreaking where the right size.
