whats the rules this year for billing ie the trophies?

is there any guide lines we have that we can all read and follow to see if we may have a chance ?...
like a points system and are we gonna get another club to judge? :think:

There are rules already not sure where they are but I'm sure fraz will know and get them up

after judging some feed back where you lost "points" would be good so that it can be imporved on the following year!
