I'm completely stripping the under neath of the cally and under sealing it, then pollybushing and painting everything. Also having my alloys re-fubished/ powder coated.

Plan to take it off the road and replace all suspension bushes in the rear and replace bearings and hubs at the front ready for mot in feb.
Hopefully will get the Vectra VXR so i can do the above without rushing it to get it back on the road as its my everyday car at the moment.

I have a Vectra SRI and i know its not the same but i have had to change the 4 springs. At the first MOT i got an advisory for slight play in the front wheel bearings, i changed them 2 weeks before the 2nd MOT and i got an advisory for slight play in the front wheel bearings

It may be worth giving them a look over mate. Oh and the cd player is s**t, you could go over a fag paper and the cd will skip.

Redo the other wheel arch. Did one with a 3 stage treatment from america last year, and one without for comparison. The treatment side has held up fine, while the other has not. It seems grinding both sides of the arch, etch, clean and epoxy seal can stop the rot.
