Just noticed those lower door mouldings look like they are on with self-tappers!!! :!:

I wonder if its a genuine un?

yep iv run the reg past webuyanycar.com and it comes up ok

It might be a 'fue pennys' but there looks to be an awful lot of hours in that.

Don't know how much you know about Mk2s but check the front footwells (under the carpet which may mean lifting the side moulding to get them up), behind the wishbone/body rear mount towards the tunnel and the rear chassis rails. There is a lot of friendly advice/parts over on www.mk2cav.com

oh and some Calibre 'fans'

cheeres mate the bodys not a problem i have already got a sh1t hot welder who is happy towork on the car for a bottle of vodka :D hes done loads of full rebuilds before

still looking for somewear to work on the car :( :(

Here is a post from the thread at MK2Cav that I started

"Hasn't been sat for 10 years. I went to see this 6-7 months ago in Selby and the owner wanted £700 for it.
Behind it is a 2.0i GLSi too.
This was originally Paul Young's from Isle of Wight and then it went to Nottingham and now is in Selby"

last time i saw a calibre cavalier was on a 2 tone yellow /lime green one back in my cruising days hehe

They are meant to be red.
That must of looked awful.
