Yep 4 days here as well, Monday till today. I complained the other day and they ran tests on my modem, found a fault and booked an engineer for yesterday who never turned up and re-emberssed me £5 . Called them today to chase it up and was told there was a fault in this area and to try again later hence now working. If the Indian call centre had told me this Wednesday they could have saved themselves a fiver
