I have a Calibra Turbo DTM edition. I'm the 2nd owner and have had it for over 10years. There is only 50,000 on the clock and I'll be selling it shortly.
How many are know of out of the 22 now?

11 turbos on the road ,and 14 v6's

Mine is not officially on the road but I have been filling in the SORNS each year. It's working fine though. I've done a few mods over the years including changing the 16" BBS white alloys to 17"s, fitting a partial body kit, superchip, K&N induction kit etc etc. Is mine included in the 11 left then?

if it is originally built with a c20let (turbo engine) then yes its one of the 11 left . where abouts are you from? just that i have heard there is one near me in the carlisle area thats beek kept like your also.

Yes, its the orginal turbo one. I bought it in 2000 in Alloa FK10 Clackmannanshire and lived in Edinburgh for about 7years. I've now moved down to the borders of Scotland (berwickshire). It's mostly been in my garage, i got banned for a couple of years and after that it was too expensive to insure, hence the low milage. I've only done 14000 miles in 10 years lol. How many of the 11 are now on this register? My mate had one and sold it in Edinburgh around 7 years ago. I think the guy who bought it just wanted it for its engine so would expect that one got broken up. I've got a little bit of rust under the bonnet and on one of the doors but nothing major, nothing that cant be fixed. I'm in two minds whether to eBay it as it's quite a collectors peice and they are fast beasts. Cheers John

How do you know there are only 11? Have you got a list of the reg plates from DVLA? Where can I see the list?

total vaux magazine printed all the numbers of the rarest vauxhalls around and it was in the list dude. was only 2 or 3 copies ago.

(if you do sell it make sure its not going to be scrapped for a nova or corsa turbo!)

Here is a pic of my DTM I've owned it for about 7 years & never had any major problems and it's in pretty good condition as you can see. I've also renewed some parts over the years, shocks, springs, wishbones & bushes, brake discs n pads and it has a new front window screen. Only downsides it has is a few rust spots that need attention, other than that it has been a good sound family car.
