petrol tank flange

can anybody give me the original part number please, its the part that the fuel lines go into on top off the fuel tank

Hi Ally
If you have a fuel pump outside the tank then you need part number 90228564
If you have a fuel pump in the tank then you need (90499647 original part number) new part number 9128332.
According to Evans Halshaw there is none of the above left in Europe. :(

Ally i had to repair mine with two compression plumbing
fittings a bit of 10mm micro bore and solder as i couldnt
get 1 anywhere

i was looking at one off a vectra b and they do look the same, but i'm unsure if their the same diameter.

a brand new one is 30 quid, i'm just wondering if its worth the gamble in buying one or not :think:

It cost me less than a tenner to fix it mate
and ive been told the vectra one doesnt fit.

I had to get one made out of plastic as i couldnt get one from Vauxhall.

i'm not desperate mate i looking at the long term, if mine does go i wouldn't mind having one there just incase.

i intend to keep the car for a few year so trying to source a few hard to get items ( like the bit that screws into the back of the inlet manifold on the v6 :lol: )

i repaired mine with microbore too and solder then walked into a scrappie a week later to find one off a v6 calibra in fantastic condition ....
Ally nearly fell over when he saw it in my garage ...

Phil I like the look of the plastic one thats looking like a proper long term solution

im going to be calling the guy that made the one for phil and see if we can get a load made for us how much are we willing to pay and how many would be wanting one ?
