Hardest part was getting the screws in from the other side. seems to be ok with only the 3 holding it on

Have you put them on spacers?....they look like they are very close to the metal and when the cone moves it'll touch it?

There is a thick rubber gasket around the outside edge of the speaker so when the speaker is giving some welly it doesnt touch the metal
