Where are all the Callys?

by KERR_SE9 » Sat May 12, 2012 6:10 pm

Always keep my eyes on the classifieds, ie ebay etc, where have all the callys gone? Seems to be no decent ones left for sale, Certain Se models seem to be almost impossible to find, just bought an Se6 to sell on, reckon I'll keep it now!!

No point selling when nobody wants to pay decent money, probably why people still break them. Id rather pull the engine and box out of mine and scrap the shell than sell it for 2k.

Yet cav turbos go for good money even if they are shonk boxes.

Don't get me started on the whole cav-calibra thing, calibras are mk3 cavs, far better looking IMHO yet people LOVE cavs and slate callys and they're the same bloody thing, Cavs look alot far more chav than the callys!

Mileage shouldnt be an issue really considering the last ones were 1997/98 which is at least 14 years ago....and at 10k per year 140k is fine.

Mine is a 1995 and has done 125k which is considered low mileage.

'96 and 43k :assshaking:
Had all the usual problems with it though due to to it's age and perhaps 'lack' of use.

I've a 96 with 75K! Mileage isn't an issue IMHO if the cars looked after, recently sold a Cally with 65K and it was a BIN!! Just making a comment on the severe lack of Callys available to buy
