Wind noise

Hi does any body have any bother with this once you get up to speed on the motorway. as mine sounds like the windows are open I noticed that when I washed the car water got in next to the wing mirrors up the window a bit has anyone got any tips to stop this as I imagen new door seals will be like rocky horse poo cheers

Edd china had the same issue on wheeler dealers, He fixed it by removing the door seal and cutting some rubber air line to fit before refitting the door seal. It moves the seal out enough to make contact.

Edd makes everything look so easy, but then again if you are doing it every day and all day it should be. He's still a hero of mine though

the only problem with Mr Chinas wee fix ...is the Calibra is pillerless and thus only the window is going to meet the rubber...and its not like the seal he did that fix on ..that type is like what is round the rear hatch

The window sits in the seal all the way along it's lenth fine when you wet the seal you can see where it loses contact it's between the wing mirror and the metal strip between the two peaces of glass iv tried the adjuster bolts

open the window, open the door, shut the window, shut the door, that ALWAYS worked for me :-)
