As the guy that nurses the site along and makes sure it’s running and backed up, that’s great to hear
With Rich now abandoning socialism we might be able to kickstart things here (long shot but I’m an optimist!)

I may not have much to say as my knowledge is basick stuff every one knows, or report on my car as life always seems to get in the way of trying to get my car back on the road but i used to love seeing all the build threads with all the issues and fixes as thats how us not in the know learns how to solve electrics etc.
At the moment i keep buying parts as and when they pop up on ebay and putting them away for the day i get time to start on the old girl.
I still need a rear griffin boot badge ( just the chrome part as i have a new griffin center ) if anyone has one in good condition please let me know how much you want for it.
Hello, are the parts on Ebay really reliable?

Hi!
I think it depends what you buy and where from. I’ve had very good success (or luck) with my various purchases which has included mechanical, electrical and interior parts.

[quote="Cliff"]Hi!

I also have had some good luck with original vauxhall parts and other manufacturers over the years cliff, I still look but there's not been any rare bits for sale for some time now. I used to put up links to bits (if I wasn't bidding on them ) on here .
I'm now looking for replacement repair panels for under the car, if anyone knows any company that can help me then can you put up a link to them. I have striped out the interior and started to probe underneath, the floor has some small pin holes, the usual rear inner arch problems etc. Now the bits I hope you can buy is at the bottom of the front bulkhead at each side of the front wheel arches. Sorry I don't know what they are called but it's a long piece with holes in it, I'm sure it's structural. Both sides are rotting. Also what gauge of metal should I buy for repair section's.
Thanks.
