That was the original idea..... but I'm just gonna leave the trim recesses there. I've seen a few callys like it and it looks ok. Maybe later on I may cut and weld so they are all nice straight panels. Even looked into a plastic welder for the bumpers. Not sure how good it is .

Used bumper filler on trim holes on bumpers and grinding the trim pins off of the side panels. Fitting carbon fibre front splitter and side skirts. Adapting rear bumper to fit a carbon fibre diffuser. So it'll be carbon fibre all round the bottom. Was gonna buy a nice body kit but thought it would be too low now that its lowered 40mm front and back.

Sounds class, not sure about the no trim look,haven't seen it before, but it's about getting your own look.

As far as the trim goes. It's all there. All the trim and side skirts. Even the wheels will be going. Front v badge going and may even debadge the back too.

It's not in tip top condition but I've got it all. Would benefit with a repaint like yours.

Done engine myself. Not as good as I'd hoped so may get the cam cover dipped at some point. Doing the wheels myself too. Never done this stuff so I'm sort learning it as I go .lol

I also replaced my fuel tank brackets with some really good 2nd hand ones and then realised that with a rub down and a bit of black hamerite mine would be ok too. So they will be going as well.

Few days late, but here are the painted trim pics. Looks great i think, the pic top left is a repair to rhe rear bumper trim, plastic weld. Fingers crossed this looks ok to paint post sanding.
