The black one
Re: The black one
Anyway i went down today and after 5 weeks she still fired up no trouble
so first up i took the clocks out and changed the blue leds for red ones, although as most of you know they arn't very bright but they'll do for now, also changed the clock/temp to red. Then fitted some better headlight and foglight bulbs (100w C**t bulbs)
Next i got my heated seats working so had some lunch with a warm ***.
changed shelf from grey to black
Then i finished my exhaust system off, its now a straight through stainless decat with the quad exit on the back
and a little noisy video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y4eSbpFVK2A
next i cleared out the boot and cleaned it down ready for when i start my boot build
then gave the engine bay a clean up its almost finished now i just need a different air filter some shiny bits and the rad hoses, also need to save for a lexmaul manifold to finish it off
Then something went wrong............
the return tube that comes out the coolant bottle has snapped off so i have fixed it for now as the extra clip holds it in but looks like i'm going to need a new bottle.
oh and of course MR Duck!

Re: The black one
Bit of a picture heavy update,
Changed the fuel filter today and secured tha bracket that holds it all on as it was missing a few bolts
Whipped off the back wheels and did some handbrake related fiddling.
Red strut tops
Then i painted my nuts red, just an idea to see what i thought of it so only done one wheel atm.
this is the part of my coolant tank i broke, after some fiddling i have managed to fix it so it doesnt p**s everywhere
This is the interior at the moment, still missing bits
Then i decided she needs to come out of hiding
So i made the most of the good weather and gave her a fooking good blast with the jetwash followed by an all over polish.
And i even cleaned the engine bay and underbonnet so shiny you can see the reflection
And of course not forgetting....... MR Duck!! ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Re: The black one
