Hey there! Looking smart!

1st and 2nd being stiff to go in could be the selector mechanism (if you’re lucky) needs to be adjusted OR perhaps the synchromesh is beginning to fail. I’d check the linkage first.

Those pedals look quite rusted which is a bit odd, not got any water leaks up above have you? Some rust near the pedal pad might be normal but the brake pedal seems rusted high up.

[quote="meisner"]Phill thank you for the good words.

It was time to remove the clicking sound on the doors. There are plastic washers what wear out and under pressure they make the sound.
Also with the last job i found out that alternator belt has a crack and needs replacing.
There were 2 diffrent belts for 1997 calibra with AC so i took both and next wednesday my friend will change it.
I ordered new door washers from my local opel dealer.I ordered 3 sets because never know when they stop making them.

Can you post the part number for the plastic washers up as I need to get a set for my car.
Phill.

So finaly i got the gear linkage problem solved.
Problem was that the linkage was adjusted wrong.

I also changed the fuel filter because last time it was changed was over 3 years ago.
Oil and other filters will be changed soon because 8000 is driven right now after change.
Old filter

New filter.

And after the drive i just enjoyd the drive.

Also i checked the orginal steering wheel what i got with the car and it is a keke pattern just worn out.
When the car came to Estonia the other steering wheel was at the trunk.
I will restore it but that will be sometime towards spring because money goes out a lot ;)

It was time to change the fuel pump because there were problems with starting.Fuel pump lid ei quite rusty.I have to check maybe there is a change to use another car lid.Right now we put a rust stop on until we find another lid, because they dont make it to calibra anymore.

I also made a video how to change a Calibra Fuel Pump.

Have to be honest, I like the MoMo wheel. I have the original on mine but needs renovating just like yours. So for now I have a (slightly nasty) leather cover...

Its been a while since is wrote.

Calibra has still starting problems.

It wont start everytime. So my friend put the diagnostics on and no fault came out.

After that he checked fuel pressure and one problem came out.

Fuel preassure regulator was faulty. So i bought new one.

After that another problem started.Sometimes it wont start after 10 times when i try.

Friends said that maybe its fuel pump relay. So i bought this one new also :)

I changed it and it got a little better but still there is a problem when there is a damp weather outside.

Here are couple of pictures.

Image

After change fuel pressure stays at 3 bar. Before it just falled down.

Image

Couple of pictures about the relay.

Image

Old vs new.

Image

Also cleaned drivers door switch and got it working again.

Image

Also Santa brought spare rear springs :D

Image

Also can anyone tell where can i find left and right not damaged side plastic trims

Image

Can anyone suggest a good online share website where i can upload new pictures and when i show them here

then pictures wont be huge size.In few days all my old pictures

will be gone from here because the service provider will be closed. :)

You can just upload to the site. Either directly when you post (and they’re then stored on our server) or if you use Tapatalk which is available for iOS and Android you can use their storage when you upload - all automatic.
