Well after a day of biting my nails, the bucket has come out on top again, 2 advisories, corroded brake pipe and rear seats missing and we had only covered 2k last year.

Winner! Easy to fix up before next time too.... at least the corrosion - not sure about the back seats

Had a small parcel arrive the other day. Nice kit.

New seals to be ordered today, then hoping with the weather getting better I can get my rear seats finished, need to finish the interior this year.Image

It has some wheel arch welding to be done as it won't pass mot like it is, so I have repair panels ready to go salvaged from an old DTM.

Then I have a long list of jobs to do to get it how I want her but important things first.

Moving on from my newbie thread I have now had the car 3 weeks now and am starting to get used to it as well as buying a few little bits.

Nice one, keep up good work. I have some extra stuff to get gor mine but nothing serious now, not for a little bit.

Welding a small area this summer and fully fit the rest of the interior.

When you finally get round to fit your new steering wheel and find out it is 10mm bigger diameter and that you really need to buy a puller.

Best get on Amazon and buy one.Image
