So my friendly post man came the other day with most of the rear end parts to rebuild the subframe

Guna have another go at the old girl tomorrow I'm feeling motivated after this weekends show

Been busy over the last few weeks stripping back and repairing bits that need repairing it's been a long mucky job




Lot of hidden rust like under seam sealer and under the under seal but nothing on the floor pan has gone so cleaned and prepend for paint

Got some other parts cleaned and in primer

Lol its a right pain in the arse cleaning the floor as it's got like a rubberised under seal on it (got a lot of surface rust hidden under this) iv been at it 8 hrs plus a day for well over a week now and only got 50% done so still along way to go

not up dated this for a long time so i thought i would have a play about and ad a couple of resent images

thought i best up date this as most know i have been concentrating on the green car for the last year so not much has happened to the old girl.

She had a bit of a leak on the sump from the old cork gasket so desided to upgrade the old baffle plate to the 8v one this i am told sorts the leaking issue out so last night i stripped the old sump and baffle plate off ready for the new 8v one to go on

They can and Will still leak, but using the hylomar will 99% cure it, just once a year check/nip the bolts up.

no iv got the exhurst still to refit had to sort another car out last night so didnt get chance to do it
