Pulled my finger out today and finally got the gearbox off, hears the remains of the thrust bearing in the bell housing lol



And a pic of the clutch cover



Just need to put it all back together now

Few new bits arrived today.

Bit of engine bling that wont be seen once fitted lol, will heat wrap it before going on to keep Stu happy



I know im gonna regret this but couldnt resist considering its all apart at the mo. Wishbones...

Not much left that can be powder coated now, gonna be a nightmare trying to keep it all clean though

just remember to take the powder coating off where the anti roll bar Bush's go ...or you will get a squeak,and it will wear the coating off, then water will get in and will flake off

Ive bubble wrapped the jack today so should be fine

Transfer box finished today, sometimes I wonder why I do these things lol. The coverage of the red was a nightmare but happy with the final outcome. Just the gearbox to finish and will be ready to put everything back together.

Just need to finish stripping this lump of metal, decide what colour im gonna paint it and can then start putting it all back together again.

black gearbox and then paint the end cover red ... with silver arms etc, that would look sweet steve
