Pulled my finger out today and finally got the gearbox off, hears the remains of the thrust bearing in the bell housing lol

Few new bits arrived today.

Bit of engine bling that wont be seen once fitted lol, will heat wrap it before going on to keep Stu happy :lol:

just remember to take the powder coating off where the anti roll bar Bush's go ...or you will get a squeak,and it will wear the coating off, then water will get in and will flake off

Ive bubble wrapped the jack today so should be fine :lol:

Transfer box finished today, sometimes I wonder why I do these things lol. The coverage of the red was a nightmare but happy with the final outcome. Just the gearbox to finish and will be ready to put everything back together.

Wouldnt want to do it again in a hurry lol. Took me ages as it needed a fair few coats

all i can hear in my mind after seeing that is ... ching ching ching ching (as you drive over gravel lol)

but seriously it looks sweet.

i have now realised that you haven't done the rear wish bones etc so i think you'll have to take them appart now.

I get blown by Twins everyday !!!!

The old skyline gtr felt exciting even when it was in a car wash !!!!! :)

black gearbox and then paint the end cover red ... with silver arms etc, that would look sweet steve
