UPDATE: I'm going to attept the install sometime this week. I will keep you all posted, and post a complete how-to once I get any bugs worked out.

I plan on adding a cutoff relay for the sunroof as well, since the early reg calibra does not have one. The motor will just continue to turn until the Closure unit turns off!

Jimbo, maybe you know of which kind of relay that I need for that? I need the kind that kicks off once the standard amount of load on the circuit has been exceeded, similar to the one built into the window system.

If your TC windows are working mate, this is dead easy to fit! Takes about 30 minutes to fit tops!
Its £45 all in.

pm me and we'll sort things out:)

King mate, I'm having a look around to see if I can find a suitable relay for you, but it might be worth doin a search yourself, cos I dont know of any off hand I'm afraid.
Lety me know if you need any help with the install!

Cheers,
James

the germans aren't very helpful when it comes to asking any kind of questions usually (when are they ever friendly or helpful?), that's why I figured I would ask you first.

Jimbo mate, i read somewhere, i think it was you who said that the micro switches have to be connected for the total closure to work? Well both of mine are hanging down, and it still works on the windows...sometimes! also how do you get around this problem if you are planning to delock?? any ideas mate would be greatly appreciated. cheers cris

Hello mate,
the switches have to be connected, but not in place. I'm not really sure why they need to be connected, but it seems they do! if theyre hanging down, you might want to just stick em to the door with duct tape or something.
Delocking's not a problem as they dont have to be in place, just connected!
Let me know if you need any more help!
