well the Interior light has a permanent 12V feed, the switch on the door pillar supplies the earth connection .....so if you can get a earth supply coming from your alarm module for say 30 seconds ..it should work

if your wanting the interior light to stay on till the ignition key is turned then you would need to get some sort of relay to supply a permanent earth feed to the light , and when it gets an ignition live cut the earth connection .

don't ask me which relays though ..leave that to the clever ones

Both my Calibra's have done this, so I assumed it was normal?!

When the system is unarmed, the interior light comes on. Arming it again won't switch the interior light off straight away, it'll go off on it's standard delay.

On the later models yes, just like the later models have the interior light that fades out.

Locking and unlocking the door on mine switches the light on and off (after the delay).

As arming and dissarming the alarm locks and unlocks the doors, it also controls the light
