immobilizer probs

hello im new to this site but need some help
got a 92 2l cab whick is refusing to start .turn the key all ignition lights ok and then nothing ,but i am getting a relay clicking from the passanger foot well . i have located the click to a small unit after removing the glove box see pic .
is this the immobilizer unit ? is it fixable ? can i get a replacment from the scrapyard and will it work ?????
