having had my n/s window having a mind of its own working then not working . i found a cure to get it up by removing the door panel and blowing a hair dryer over the motor which worked allowing me to replace the motor. hope this might help some off you. the old motor was ok and it looks like it is the relay that bolts to the motor that is buggered

i found i can mine up with a hair dryer too lolol
