Air con problem!

Hi,i've recently had to leave my calibra unused for 3 months,the air con had been recently re-gassed and was working fine,but after i eventually got round to re-starting the car,the air con switch won't light and it's not kicking in.I understand that leaving so long won't have helped but is there a way for me (not a mechanic!) to get it going again? I'm going to sell the car,so the air con working adds a bit to the sale! Thanks in advance!

if the compressor doesn't even click when the button is pressed, then the gas level is too low. Sounds like you have a leak on the system.
