sunroof failed!!

the otha day my sunroof started to open slow, so i closed it and it wouldnt open again! i can still hear the motor going but there isnt any movement in the roof? any ideas how i can fix this? oh and i cant find my emergency bar, altho i do av it somewhere, many thanks

sounds like the motor may have come loose, remove the plastic bung and give it a prod, also i belive some had a plastic cog that wore out.
