help needed

the cooling fans are coming on when the car is cold aswell as the electric water pump and will not switch off . im not sure were the wiring plug from the radiator resistor goes to as there seems to be two plugs on the loom one in the engine bay and there is one on under the bumber

in the picture you can see the male plug which belongs to the radiator resistor and the female which is in the engine loom but there is also another under the bumber next to the plugs for the horns
when i plug it into the one in the engine bay the fans come on and dont switch off and i dont want to try to plug it into the one behnd the bumber in case i damage something so does anyone knows where it plugs into
