Help identify these wires?

I'm taking a V6 out of an old calibra to put in my SE8... while pulling the ECU and the other wee plugs through the bulk head.. i've found these... as you can see there seperate wires untill they seem to join into the main ECU plug loom, On the other end the go away and are screwed to the body in the passenger sill... does anyone know what they might be?

could they be for an after market alarm, that someone has removed at some point? when i did mine i never had any like that

yee looks like an alarm to me too, ever noticed any like that myself
