Electric windows -blown fuse - PLEASE HELP WINDOW STUCK OPEN
Hi,
My electric windows were recently playing up. However due to some help on here I realised there were two fuses for the windows. I replaced the faulty one and bingo, windows worked again. However, the fuse has blown a couple more times, and now when I try to replace it there is heavy sparking from the fuse and it blows instantly. My passenger window is slightly open.
**please note - the electric mirors work - which shows fuse 12 is ok, but still they won't work. However Fuse 30 cracks as soon as I try and plug one in*** I just can't work it out
Have also disconnected both door wiring harnesses then tried to put a fuse in (it still blows) have disconnected the centre consol then tried to to put a fuse in (still blows).
Therefore I can rule out both the wiring in the doors and the consol buttons/wiring.
What can it be ???? Please help point me in the correct direction.
Many thanks
Bobby
