old topic - heater panel bulb

by sinbrad » Thu Feb 26, 2009 6:20 am

Is there any brighter bulbs to be had that will give the heater panel a bit more light than the one fitted as standard? Only a small area of the heater control panel seems to be lit at night. The output of the bulb is very low something like 1.2w I believe. Don't want to go down the route of multiple leds as others have done and some have said are too bright?

How are these fitted? Do I dare say a straight swap?
