HID query

What is the best way of connecting up the pink wire. Mine doesn't disconnect from the bulb surround so i was thinking of cutting and using a small electric block. What have you other guys done? i don't possess a soldering iron by the way.

Do you mean the red (live) wire from the HID kit ?

yes, not the one that goes into the wire that was on the back of the bulb, the one that goes to the bulb holder

The red (live) from the HID kit connects to the yellow wire which is connected to the standard headlight bulb.

sorry Robbie, i meant the other wire . Colour blind

The only other wire will be the black which is the earth, just connect that to another brown wire inside the headlight.

thanks Robbie, got there in the end. will be fitting them once i've done the water pump
