HEATER CONTROL SWITCH ISSUE...
The issue that I have is...
When the 'Heater Control Switch' is turned fully to the left 'OFF' Position, it seems as though it's still one click to the right...
When I turn the ignition on, I can hear and feel the 'Air' blowing from the vents...
I don't know when or how this happened, but I suspect it was when I jump started the Car a while back...
Has anyone else had such an issue??
Is there a Fuse or Relay for this, apart from the Switch itself??
Thanks...

Hmmm... That's weird...

I can't see how opening the door, would be linked to the Heater Controls...

If the thermal resistor blows on your car then there is a way of repairing it for under a pound and 30mins work.
I had to replace the one on the Vectra and it cost me 82 pence from maplin. I have uesd pictures from a Vectra resistor pack.
First remove the old thermal resistor and get a new one from Maplin etc. (the info you need is on the resistor) and clean the resistor pillars.

Next you will need a single terminal block making sure you remove the plastic as the resistor
pack gets pretty hot.

mount the terminal block onto a screwdriver or similar and cut it in half with a dremmel etc. to make two pieces

then place the two cut pieces onto the ends of the resistor pillars that you cut the fuse off and trim the resistor pins to size leaving enough on each end to be bent over ( BEING EXTRA CAREFUL AS THESE ARE VERY FRADGILE AND TEND TO SNAP) and slot them into the two trimmed terminals making sure you tighten then up pretty
well and refit into the fan housing.

I was gonna solder it on Fraz but a mate at work told me that it would run to hot and melt the solder.
