turbo problems
it's not the amount of thread showing that is the measure... as the total length of thread could be different for each actuator. If the actuator is an uprated one then it will hold more boost, and you won't have the fuelling to match.
Loosen off the thread until there is NO tension at all then tighten it by ONE turn (be careful to hold both sections so that the rod does not rotate, this will wreck the actuator.
See what happens then - if the boost is too low: tighten by HALF a turn each time until you get an overboost of 12 psi.
If you want more boost, get the fuelling sorted out first.
