Management light is normally caused by a broken/faulty sensor. Did it stay on long enough to store a code?
If you can be bothered you could start working your way through them all, cleaning contacts/replacing as you go. Or you could wait for it to break, get the code, and fix it

<!--QuoteBegin-DeepSnoozer+--><div class='quotetop'>(DeepSnoozer)</div><div class='quotemain'><!--QuoteEBegin-->Paz, the calibras have very week grounds meaning that the negatives also called gnd's might get corroded and cause severla electrical problems like those
I Would sugest attaching a cable from the block of the engine to the chassis, and see if it works<!--QuoteEnd--></div><!--QuoteEEnd--> found a lose earth all sorted now,

ok i have had enough of this
checked electric plugs
checked engine mounts
even changed the icv
still flashing on, only flashers on when changing up the gearbox or as i accerate, not staying on long enough for it to store code, doesnt do it if you just rev, only as you are driving
