what seems to be wrong with my interior light

Any electrical issues

i did find out what caused this and it was all down to the alternator at xmas

they will run at about 4.5 volts leds usually do but they'll have a resistor built into the internal circuit so only the voltage they need can pass through leds will burn out very quickly if they get too much voltage my whole dash is proof of that (nightmare)

the leds ive got are designed to run at 4.3 volts so they need to be used with a resistor to work they have a 35 degree viewing angle but in comparrison to a normal bulb they are blinding you are right about current but as long as the resistor is in series and not paralell to leds the change in voltage should not affect the led's
