Fitting ECU..
I brought a Courtenay Sport ECU for a 2-16v dizzyless engine from a bloke on migweb.
Only problem is he doesn't know how to fit it (he never used it).
Does anyone here know how to go about fitting it?

ahh.. so its just the ecu chip, not the ecu..
you'll need to remove your ecu and open it up and have a look at the existing chip, to see whether it is plugged in, or soldered in etc.. (i think a few are soldered, not sure which/why).. if you can take the usual electrostatic precautions while handling it all.

thats the right place, someone else had this problem a short while back.. bought off ebay, so perhaps you can find it with a search for chips and ebay and 16v or something..
I dont know what the outcome was... there might be different versions of the ecu or something.. meh, i dunnooooooooo see if you can find the thread and see what happened.
