my heater fan

hey guys.
jus a quick question, or 2.
first of, for some reason my car wouldnt start after i stoppped down the shops for ten min, it wouldnt even tick over.....then after about 10min of trying, it started fine....any idea why this happened? it hasnt happened since.
second of, my interior fan wont turn off, pulled out the fuse (4) and it stays on. only on the lowest setting but its annoying...
any help would be great

one more little thing, wheres the best place to get an intercooler, and whats the best one to use? 8.1l or the evo 6?

if you have air con selected the fan will run on lowest setting regardless of selection of fan. If you sit at idle and select aircon on and off you'll notice engine revs go up slightly when it engages but light may not come on. Mine does same.

if the light does not come one the the aircon needs regassing
