Trip Computer on a 1997 calibra?

Hi i am the proud owner of a 2l 16V ecotec 1997 calibra. I was wondering if i could install the trip computer in my car from a V6 model. Has anyone done it before? Can it be done? what should i have before i attempt such an installation?

Hi Paris, I have a '97 2.0L that came with a clock/temp. I fitted a f/c from an unknown model. Easy to fit, hard to find the wire thats at the back of the stereo that fits in the back.
