Guys basically I have a immobilisor that has got wet....its an autowatch one and you are supposed to put the key in to disarm it - now instead of flashing the status light is constantly on
Does anyone know if i leave it to dry if it will fix itself by drying out
Or should i take it back where i got it installed???
It won't let me do the overide thing to reset it??
Also my car has got a cat 1 alarm/immob which is fine so don't bother coming a robbing

If it hasnt had time to corrode and leave permanant shorts in the curcuitry then it should fix itself when it dries out, if you can try to get to it and dry it out with only "warm" air from a hairdryer or something.. disconnect the battery before you do that, and reconnect after its all dried out.
