Battery losing charge

by ross85 » Fri Jun 02, 2006 9:02 pm

Just wondered if anyone knows what could cause a battery to lose charge? All I can think of is a dodgy earth or alternator? It's for a mate who hasn't got net access. He's replaced the battery with a new one and that's lost its charge too.

It's charging but losing it after a few days, but we can't find anything that could be draining the battery.

Take it to a Kwit fit type place and ask to have it checked, could be one of the cells has gone.
