Rear brake light is always on help

have you put the bulb in the wrong way round, there is 2 little nibs on the bulb, one is higher than the other you may of put them in the wrong way round, and when u are parked up and its on is the indicator stalk up as if u leave it with the indicator on then thats your parking light
