Another attempt at remote central locking?!

Hi All,
Fitted the Cobra remote locking kit on Sunday and it works fine. It locks and unlocks but I have yet to find a suitable place to connect to the flashers so it does so un-flashingly
. All of the connections to make it work are to the central locking box behind the driver's kick plate, but I will probably have to go through the bulk head to connect the flashers. The longest time was spent double-checking the connections against the wiring diagram in the Haynes manual before making connections. Window lifting doesn't work, but I suppose that is associated with the switch at the second key position which I haven't connected to.

keith, if you have a look at this
<a href="http://www.clubcalibra.net/modules.php?op=modload&name=Sections&file=index&req=viewarticle&artid=18&page=1" target="_blank">http://www.clubcalibra.net/modules.php?op=...artid=18&page=1</a>
Go to the passenger side under the glove box and locate a BLACK/GREEN and a BLACK/WHITE striped wires, these are the indicator wires.
On the drivers side kick panel near the central locking box is a BROWN/BLACK wire, this is the window close signal wire, but i dont know if this will work with the Cobra kit might be worth a try

Thanks Robbie
I'll check the brown/black wire for window opening too.

Smurf, I don't think my kit has this feature, but it may be that it is not mentioned in the manual.
Cheers,
