heated seat wires when plugs not installed by vaux?

Any electrical issues

Hi,
tried to do a quick search but couldnt find it.

have a mate trying to install heated leather into his cally, he's found the switch blocks and plugged the switches in.

We took the carpet up and the wiring isnt there. I know i read before you need to cut into the wires, but how?

I can see the brown wire in the loom, and the black/red and black/yellow i think are the two heater ones, but do you just chop them and leave the furthest end unconnected?? or do you just tap into the wires?
does it matter which brown you use??

A how-2 guide from someone who's done this would be great so i can forward it to my friend :)

Cool. so just remove the shield, and use any brown with the black+red for left seat, and black+yellow for right? and leave the wires continuing wherever they go? cheers. i'll pass that on. not sure where those wires end up lol.
