Lights making a robotic sound =S!

It only seems to be coming from the drivers side, I've tried fiddling around with the bulbs they are all in correctly, but it sounds like robotic as if it is trying to focus, is there anyway of quickly fixing this problem?

Sounds like it could be the levelling motor shorting out

Hmm, is that what bends the ray of light up and down, to be honest they look wonky when parked to a wall when far away but as you get nearer the beams level up.

Is there any quick fix? Also I discovered on that side that the metal clip that holds the plastic on to keep the lights free of moisture is not intact and the plastic is mainly held in by the cables/pipes whatever around it!

pull the connection off the back of the levelling motor in the rear of the headlight and see if that stops it

Is that that little grooved dial thing that you use to level the lights?

No disconnect the 12v power to it. if it goes quiet then you've found the problem
