between the automatic and manual wiring looms on a v6, , im asking because hopefully tomorrow i will have a v6 cavalier automatic , but my intension is to put the engine into my 16v red top, so is the automatic transmission wiring loom intergrated into the loom or can i simply unplug it?

The engine loom is seperate from the car loom, I'm pretty sure the auto box loom is part of the car loom.

If you are not swapping the autobox then you won't need to worry about it. There may be a problem with the clutch and flywheel.

thats a relief ,I would be able to use the flywheel, clutch and my gearbox and modify the mounts
