code 74 help please

97 v6,

I was driving home tonight, the car suddenly misfired. it has lost power, will not idle, runs rough and seriously rich (lots of black smoke). I checked for codes, 74 has popped up.

Is it likely to be the MAF sensor or another sensor possibly?
