lights flicker on idle

my lights flicker on idle and a little when im driving i think, what could this be caused by??

dont suppose you have a hid kit fitted? heard of them flickering before

yeh got hids but everything flickers not just the headlights, it goes normal when i rev it

the garage done it with a machine, the altornator is fine but battery was unserviceable, but it works and he said that it wouldnt cause everything to flicker

my 22 sri derv vectra does this ive noticed it on the radio/temp/time display ? its had a brand new heavy duty battery fitted n it still done it . ive noticed at night the lights dull n brighten when slow/low revs
