4x4 fault code 32 (can anyone shed any light on this please)

Ive had the 4x4 light come on constant and got code 32,
"32 Pressure switch, Pressure switch closed despite magnetic valve on"

Can anyone tell me what would cause this? is it actually the pressure switch thats failed? (Ive not lost any fuild) This has only happened since its been parked up and not used.

Ok so the solenoid is energised which would engage 4wd but the pressure switch has not seen enough pressure to open. But I thought it had to see system pressure before it would energise the solenoid.


Can I buy a new switch?

Is there any earths that could have corroded and caused this.
