Tail lights

Both tail lights are not working and the indictor is on on the
dash board.Checked the lamps and theyre both ok.The rest
of the cluster is working fine.Has anyone any ideas how to fix this?

Check and clean all the earth connections.

Have you had the clusters out recently?
Check that you haven't snagged any of the wires in the lighting loom

The last time the lights were out was 2011 when it got resprayed
The earth is fine as the rest of the cluster is working.
Is there a relay on the tail side light circuit that could
have maybe worked loose? or are they straight from the
switch.The registration plate lights are ok

Ive checked that again and it seems ok,ive even tried
another switch.I'm not getting 12v at the lampholder.
Does the circuit go through some sort of sensor to bring
the lamp on the dash?

do you know if there is any joints in the loom from the
switch to the rear plugs?

Is there enough petrol in it to make them work (sorry I'm bored mods can delete this if they want)

Got it fixed.The check control unit behind the glove box
multy plug was out at one side so just clicked it back in
cheers.
