Heater panel lights

Hey guys, I recently took my heater panel out to get if led cuz the background lights weren't working, I put back in the same way I took it out today and still no lights, is there something I'm missing?

Yea I have the ignition on, but the lights weren't working in the 1 st place, so what am I doing wrong?

Where should that have been plugged into? Cuz I never removed that when I removed it
