when im going quite fast basically giving it some every now and again the car will judder really hard and obviously i have to slow down,when i first bought the car i had it tuned and 2of the injectors were dirtier than the others apparently,could this be it or maybe something to do with the distrib cap.

might help if you say what engine you have in your car 8V ecotec turbo V6?

you could try STP FUEL INJECTION CLEANER which cleans the injectors,its brilliant stuff .ive not long used it ,also you could try cleaning the ICv valve.The best way to clean this is :

the long hose that connects to the underside of the black SFI box ,undo the hoseclip and spray a whole can of carb cleaner down the hose which goes into the ICV Valve and cleans it.
You will notice a lot of crap will come out of the exhaust for a few days but try it dave
