fault code 61 - puge valve? whats this!

my calibra will not boost at all now! if it decides to let me have pressure i only get 0.2 exactly.

ive read the fault codes and i came up with 61 - purge valve low voltage? what the f**k is that?

the ecu light comes on at certain times - i.e when its cold and i got to use a small amount of boost- it holds back then the light come on and i get 0.2 bar until it goes off.

The only way i ca force the light off is tp nail it all the way through a few gears and then it dissapears. at this point ut USED to give me back boost (0.6 ish) now i cant get past 0.2 any ideas? im ready to sell it.
