For a while now my battery charging light on the dash is lit all the time but very dim, well you can only seem to see it in the dark but the other strange thing is that it seems to sometimes get lighter then dim again..... Has anyone got any ideas :?: oh i fogot to mention that it has a new battery and doesnt have a problem with dim lights or any thing like that really confused. it seems to be charging ok it only gets used a couple of times a week and starts first time (wont tick over properly but thats a forum) :?: :?:

That'll be the redtop

You could pick yourself up one for a low price from a Calibra that's being broken - either here or on Mig - but you have no guarantee then of it working, or if it does work, how long for...

Give your local parts place a buzz and see what they quote for the part - it might also be worth trying Autovaux - www.autovaux.co.uk - but then at this time of year it might be better just to collect it from somewhere.
